Delivery Information

Regardless of the ordering method, we deliver goods using one of the following options:

  • Personal collection
  • Post of Slovenia
  • Other delivery services by prior agreement

Delivery Times

We dispatch all in‑stock goods to the carrier on the same day, provided the order is received by 12:00 noon. This applies on working days and excludes periods of collective leave.

B2B Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales, deliveries, and commercial cooperation between PLASTRON d.o.o. and business customers (B2B). Any customer terms are valid only if confirmed in writing by the seller.

2. Offers & Orders

  • Offers are non‑binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Orders must be submitted in writing and become binding only after written confirmation by the seller.
  • Any changes, additions, or cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
  • If the buyer cancels a confirmed order, all incurred costs may be charged.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are wholesale, ex‑warehouse, excluding VAT.
  • VAT is charged according to applicable legislation.
  • Payment terms are defined in the order confirmation.
  • In case of late payment, statutory default interest may be charged.
  • The seller may require advance payment or other payment security.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
  • The delivery period begins once all buyer obligations are fulfilled (documentation, advance payment, etc.).
  • Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or upon pickup.
  • For custom‑made or modified products, delivered quantity may vary by ±10%.

5. Shipping & Logistics

  • Goods are delivered from the seller’s warehouse in Gornja Radgona.
  • Shipping costs are charged according to the valid price list of the selected carrier.
  • Minimum order value is €100; smaller orders may include a handling fee.

6. Returns & Complaints (B2B)

  • Returns are only possible by prior agreement.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence.
  • The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and report visible defects immediately.
  • Warranty claims are handled according to the supplier’s warranty conditions.
  • The seller is not liable for improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and in unchanged quantity.

Note: Legal entities and sole proprietors do not have the right to return goods without a justified reason. Returns are only possible by prior agreement and may include handling fees (7–10% of the order value).

7. Warranty

  • Standard warranty period for supplied products is 12 months from the date of sale, unless stated otherwise.
  • Warranty does not apply in cases of improper installation, incorrect use, unauthorized modifications, or continued use after a defect has occurred.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the purchase price, including interest and costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

The seller is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

10. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events or force majeure affecting delivery or performance, the seller may adjust the terms or withdraw from the order without liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If this is not possible, the competent court is Murska Sobota.

12. Validity

These terms apply until replaced by updated conditions.

B2C Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers through the PLASTRON ENCLOSURES online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices displayed in the online store are exclusive of VAT.
  • VAT is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, product information, and availability at any time.

Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed through our online store and confirmed via email.
  • The purchase contract becomes valid once the customer receives an order confirmation.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will notify the customer and offer a replacement or refund.

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
The order is processed once payment is successfully completed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times depend on product availability and the selected shipping method.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • If the package arrives damaged, the customer should report it immediately to the carrier and to us.

Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Return Policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

  1. Notify us in writing (email or form).
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • The customer covers the return shipping cost.
  • We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Note: This right applies only to consumers (B2C), not to business customers.

Returns & Complaints

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer may file a complaint.

Procedure:

  • Submit a written complaint with photos or evidence.
  • We may request the product to be returned for inspection.
  • If the complaint is justified, we will repair, replace, or refund the product.

Warranty

Products include a warranty period as stated in the product description or documentation.
Warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • improper installation,
  • misuse,
  • unauthorized modifications,
  • mechanical damage caused by the user.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers,
  • incorrect installation by the customer,
  • damage resulting from improper use.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Personal Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues amicably.
If this is not possible, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Slovenian court.

How to Return an Item
